2027 Training Schedule
Training schedule includes 12 skill development classes & 11 Saturday Seminars that are hosted virtually and in-person at our location in Boulder, CO.
The weekly virtual classes have two options to join either on a Tuesday morning from 10:30am to 12:30pm or Wednesday evening class from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
*If we have a smaller cohort, only the Wednesday evening class will be available and this will be disclosed prior to the beginning of the semester.
Saturday Seminars are generally 10am-5pm Mountain Time, with the Ethics & Regulations 1&2 Seminars going longer, 10am-6:00pm Mountain Time

NMHA Psilocybin Facilitator Training Tuition
Modules can be purchased as a full package or separately to fulfill accelerated licensing requirements for clinical and legacy practitioners. Individual prices are below.
Didactic Requirement (150 hours) – $6,995 – Online
Practicum Requirement (40 hours) – $2,995 – Boulder, Colorado – includes meals
Consulting Requirement (40 hours) – $3,000
Full Package (with Discount) – $12,990
Psilocybin Facilitator Training (PFT) overlaps with the Psychedelic Guide Training of Psychedelic Sitters School and includes a technical name change for licensing purposes. Psychedelic Facilitator Training is for students seeking advanced psychedelic therapy training and the capacity to work with psilocybin mushrooms under the regulated access licensing model of the Natural Medicine Health Act. It includes all didactic training requirements with proposed practicums and consulting services.
The full 200+ hour PFT program includes a webinar series with the complete Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic TherapyTM training suite, two skill development courses and 11 Saturday training modules. One psilocybin mushroom practicums is required as well as a proposed Consulting program. The Initiation Intensive in PGT can also be a practicum option. All NMHA required modules are available individually to Legacy and Clinical practitioners seeking accelerated licensure.
The PFT program is designed to be completed in either 6 or 12 months. All modules are taught twice each year beginning in January and July.
The Approved Facilitator Training Program will not pay the cost of a Training license for its students nor the cost of a Facilitator or Clinical Facilitator licensure application fee at the completion of the student’s training program.

Psilocybin Facilitator Training Program Includes
NHMA specific webinars and advanced bonus material on Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic TherapyTM complement the content and experiences of the two co-occurring classes. These webinars total over 75 hours, 30 of which directly count towards NMHA licensing requirements. Additional bonus materials for current students are regularly added.

1 Week-long Practicums (40 hours Required)
The practicum includes three days of practicum experientials with two additional 5 hour modules for training, preparation and integration.
- In Person Mushroom Practicum: $2,995 (includes meals and regulated psilocybin dose)
Consulting Program (40 hours Required)
Our consulting program is designed to be completed in 12 months and includes twice monthly classes (24 1.5 hour classes) with 6 individual mentorship 1 hour support sessions totaling 42 hours.

Basic Life Support Licensing Requirement
NMHA requires basic life support training (BLS) for licensure. These classes are available online and locally. We recommend our established Psychedelic First Aid program for psychedelic medicine specific BLS training.

Payment Plans & Early Bird Discounts
Early Bird Discounts
A 5% early bird discount can be applied to the tuition for signing up to a training program two months before the start date of the program. This helps us plan our school year and we appreciate students who also plan in advance.
Package Classes
Students committing to the full training (foundational training, practicums and consulting), may elect to bundle their classes as a package and pay in monthly installments. We do not charge a finance services charge for this service, which is an ethical decision to allow those students who cannot pay in full an opportunity to still attend without being penalized financially.These full packages are generally paid over an extended payment plan, typically 6 months or 9 months.
These discounts stack with each other AND scholarship discounts.
Training Reservation Deposit
$1,000 – need based exceptions are available.
Payment Plan Options
The duration of the payment plan depends on the course series selected. Students can pay in full or provide the deposit and pay the remainder in 3 to 12 month installments, depending on the duration of their program.
Refund Policy
Medicinal Mindfulness Academy representatives are available by email to answer general questions about our services before scheduling a training. Due to the complex nature of these trainings, all trainings are offered “as is” and no requests for credits, refunds or partial refunds will be accepted after a service or training is completed. Refunds and credits can be requested for training modules not yet started and by their refund/credit deadline date.
