1. Complete the Psychedelic Safety Questionnaire & Sign Waiver Packet

You will receive a link via email to complete your Psychedelic Safety Questionnaire (PSQ) and review/sign your waiver packet.

These documents include important information about our program, expectations, and community guidelines, and are required for participation in both our online and in-person training programs.

Informed consent is a foundational principle in psychedelic work. Due to the complex and holistic nature of our training program, the application process includes several detailed forms. These may include:

• Psychedelic Safety Questionnaire
• Psilocybin Screening Form
• Need-Based & Diversity Scholarship Application & Demographics Survey

2. Pay Your Application Fee

Please submit your $150 application fee to continue your application.

Your application will not be reviewed until this fee has been received.

3. Schedule & Complete Your Admissions Interview

Once all materials are submitted and your application fee is received, you will be invited to schedule a 45–60 minute admissions interview.

This structured conversation is an opportunity for us to assess your readiness for the program and to get to know your interest in becoming a psychedelic guide. It’s also a space for you to ask questions about safety, the training, and what to expect.

Following the interview, your interviewer will submit a brief report to our admissions team for review.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and you can expect to hear from us shortly after your interview.
